These monthly figures are starting points for maintenance, not a checkout. Choosing a plan opens a request. A coordinator confirms what is included for your house before anything is scheduled. Nothing is charged on this website.
The lite plan suits a house that is mostly well. Twice a year we look at hinges, painted sills, a favourite table, and the small list you keep on the refrigerator. Touch-ups are agreed in advance so a "quick look" does not become a new kitchen.
Home care is the plan most families choose after a remodel. We already know the finishes, so a scratch in the varnish or a door that drops can be handled by the same maker. Priority scheduling means your note is placed ahead of new enquiries when dates are tight.
The general checkup is for an older house or a house you have just moved into. We walk every room, write what is urgent, what can wait a season, and what we would not touch. The punch-list is a ceiling, not a target. If the house needs less, we do less.
Single projects, such as a kitchen or a floor, are quoted on their own and are not forced into a monthly plan. Ask for that scope on the contact page.
